Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities ; PEGA PRPC 24.2 and Constellation Certified
1. Production Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3 support for Pega applications.
Monitor production environments and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Coordinate with business users for issue clarification and resolution.
Manage batch jobs agents and queue processors.
2. Application Enhancements
Implement change requests and minor enhancements.
Configure workflows case types UI rules and business rules.
Optimize existing flows and decision rules.
3. Performance & System Monitoring
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Debug performance issues using Tracer Clipboard PAL.
Manage data pages reports and integrations efficiently.
4. Deployment & Release Management
Support deployment activities across Dev QA and Production.
Manage product rules and ruleset versions.
Perform impact analysis before deployments.
5. Integration Support
Troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations.
Work with external systems and APIs.
Handle authentication mechanisms (OAuth SSO).
6. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain technical documentation and KT documents.
Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.
