We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing peer observations and providing documentation to teacher and Q Comp Advisor documenting teacher observation data and other evidence required by the Q Comp more information please see the job description for this position.
Start date: August 25 2025
FTE: 1.0
Contract: 186 days per school year
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in education masters degree preferred and valid Minnesota teachers license tenured STMA teacher with a minimum of seven years teaching and five years in the district or previous Q Comp experience in another district; displays a knowledge of effective evidence-based teaching practices and employs those practices in his or her role (teacher counselor psychologist etc.); demonstrates ability to use data for instructional planning and to participate effectively in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) effective communication; demonstrates organizational and time management skills effective interpersonal relationship skills and knowledge of a broad base of instructional strategies and practices that promote student learning.

Salary range listed ($46417-$94504) is based on the collective bargaining agreement for 2024-2025 school year the 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement has yet to be negotiated.Full-time (1.0 FTE)certified staff benefits.
