Responsibilities

Ensuring that the onboarding process goes on smoothly
Identifying the companys staffing requirements and designing screening procedures accordingly
Organizing and participating in various recruiting events
Posting job advertisements on various recruiting and social media channels
Maintaining and updating databases of detailed and accurate candidate information
Performing thorough employee background checks
Ensuring that the new recruits are aware of all the onboarding processes and regulations
Staying up-to-date with the changes in the companys policies and processes
