This is a market builder role.
We are seeking a sales-driven Selling Branch Manager to take ownership of the Cullman territory. You will lead from the front developing new business while managing a team responsible for delivering workforce solutions to local companies.
You will run your own territory with decision-making power shape the branch strategy and see direct results from your efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a growth plan for your territory
- Prospect and secure new B2B clients
- Maintain and expand current customer relationships
- Lead team members to ensure client fulfillment
- Manage pipeline forecasts and sales reporting
- Oversee branch performance and profitability
- Support collections efforts as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience

- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Staffing industry experience preferred but not required
- Bachelors degree is a plus
$75000 base salary plus uncapped commission. High performers can exceed $100000 annually.
