The Opportunity

As a Business Development Specialist your mission is simple.

Open doors with companies that need recruiting support and bring them into the Wulf Talent ecosystem.

You will focus on B2B outreach to companies that hire talent introduce them to our recruitment services and establish long term partnerships where we fill their roles.

  • You control the pipeline.
  • You control the relationships.
  • You control the income.

There are no earning caps.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Prospect and identify companies that actively hire talent
  • Build relationships with decision makers such as CEOs HR leaders and hiring managers
  • Introduce companies to Wulf Talents direct placement recruiting services
  • Secure signed recruiting agreements with new clients
  • Work with our recruiting team to fill open roles for your clients
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify additional hiring needs
  • Manage outreach through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator email and phone
