The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders driving people strategies that support business objectives organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth in a fast-changing global environment.
Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute HR plans aligned with business strategies.
Advise on organizational design workforce planning headcount and productivity optimization.
Support performance management talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations HR policies and people-related issues within assigned functions.
Drive organizational improvement change initiatives and employee engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration Human Resources or related fields.
Good English proficiency able to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience including roles in HR/HRBP/Employee Relations supporting functional units.
Strong foundation in HR strategy and practices with a business partnering and results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication consulting management and problem-solving skills at managerial level.
