Job Summary

The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders driving people strategies that support business objectives organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth in a fast-changing global environment.

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute HR plans aligned with business strategies.

  • Advise on organizational design workforce planning headcount and productivity optimization.

  • Support performance management talent development and succession planning initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations HR policies and people-related issues within assigned functions.

  • Drive organizational improvement change initiatives and employee engagement.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration Human Resources or related fields.

  • Good English proficiency able to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience including roles in HR/HRBP/Employee Relations supporting functional units.

  • Strong foundation in HR strategy and practices with a business partnering and results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication consulting management and problem-solving skills at managerial level.
