About the Role
The business manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the sales and HR consulting teams to ensure business growth operational efficiency and service excellence. This role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution supporting the Country Director in driving revenue optimizing internal processes and ensuring the firm delivers high-quality HR solutions to clients.

Oversee daily business operations across Sales and HR Consulting teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals executing business strategies and growth plans.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of revenue targets and business development goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates pricing strategies and client retention.
Oversee the delivery of HR consulting services ensuring quality timeliness and client satisfaction.
Carry out sales operations and acquire new clients
Monitor team performance projects and client deliverables and ensure targets are met.
Support performance reviews and recommend corrective or improvement actions where necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Provide leadership guidance and coordination across teams to ensure collaboration and accountability.
Participate in budgeting forecasting and planning processes.
Prepare monthly operational sales and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration human resources management or a related field.
Up to 4 years of experience in business management preferably in HR consulting operations or professional services.
Strong understanding of HR consulting services and business development processes.
Proven experience overseeing multi-functional teams especially sales and HR consulting teams.
Excellent business acumen and operational planning ability.
Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and CRM/HR systems.
