Who are we looking for

You are an experienced QA/QC professional with a strong background in construction quality management.
You are technically sharp with deep knowledge of construction materials including cement steel and aggregates.
You are process-driven able to develop and implement quality management systems that actually work on the ground.
You are thorough and methodical conducting site inspections and quality tests with precision and consistency.
You are someone who does not cut corners ensuring all work complies with design specifications and engineering standards.
You are a clear communicator able to document non-conformances and corrective actions in a way that drives accountability.

Your Responsibilities

Quality Management

You will develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistent standards across all project sites.
You will inspect construction materials including cement steel and aggregates to verify they meet required specifications.
You will conduct regular site inspections and quality tests throughout all phases of construction.

Compliance and Documentation

You will ensure all construction work complies with design specifications engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
You will document non-conformances and oversee the implementation of corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records across all active projects.

What Success looks like

Quality management systems are in place and consistently followed across all project sites.
Construction materials are inspected and approved before use with zero compromise on specification standards.
Site inspections are conducted regularly and findings are documented and acted upon promptly.
Non-conformances are identified early corrective actions are implemented swiftly and repeat issues are minimised.
All construction work meets or exceeds engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this role you should have

A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of QA/QC experience within a top construction company.
Strong knowledge of construction materials engineering standards and quality testing methods.
Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
