- You are operationally organised managing contracts payroll and HR administration efficiently and accurately.

Your Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- You will recruit engineers technicians and site workers to meet the organisations project and operational needs.
- You will manage staff contracts and ensure all employment documentation is accurate and up to date.
Employee Relations and Welfare
- You will handle employee relations matters including discipline grievances and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
- You will manage staff welfare programs to ensure employees feel supported and valued.
- You will ensure full compliance with labour laws and employment regulations at all times.
Learning and Development
- You will develop and implement training and workforce development programs to build skills and improve performance across the organisation.
Payroll and Administration
- You will manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all staff remuneration.
What Success looks like
- The organisation is consistently staffed with the right people across all roles and project sites with minimal recruitment delays.
- Staff contracts payroll and HR records are accurately maintained and fully compliant with labour laws.
- Employee relations issues are handled fairly and resolved efficiently contributing to a positive and stable work environment.
- Training and development programs are in place and actively improving workforce capability and performance.
- Staff welfare is well managed resulting in high employee satisfaction and low turnover.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of HR management experience within a top construction company.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment compliance in Nigeria.
- Proven experience in recruitment employee relations payroll management and workforce development.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
