Drive new logo acquisition and account development within Midwest manufacturing accounts
Spend significant time onsite with clients as a visible and trusted Koantek representative
Build relationships across operations IT data and executive leadership
Identify business challenges and translate them into data analytics and AI opportunities
Collaborate with solution architects delivery teams and Databricks partners to shape winning pursuits
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting referrals and industry events
Represent Koantek at manufacturing forums client meetings and business conferences
Prior experience in sales business development or hunting roles is a strong plus
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trust and manage relationships
Comfortable with onsite client interactions and executive-level conversations
High-energy self-motivated and driven to win new business
Demonstrated prospective approach to opening leads and creating opportunities
Does not hesitate to cold call approach and hunt for contacts sponsors and buyers
