SIXTis looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our branch in Thessaloniki on a fixed-term contract during the seasonal period.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the optimal rental experience for our clients
- Provide excellent customer service in all touchpoints with our clients meeting our high standards
- Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up selling vehicles and optional extras to the client according to their needs
- Prepare and checking vehicles are in excellent condition and up to our high standards
- Inspect upon vehicles return and report any damage and checking refueling
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales of services preferably from the rental car industry
- High School Degree / Academic degree is nice to have ideally in the field of Tourism Hospitality Business Administration
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
- Valid drivers license (category B)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
