Job Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to assist customers with inquiries and provide professional service through phone and digital this role you will help resolve customer concerns provide information and ensure a smooth and positive support experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High School graduate with 6 months call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
Fluent in German with good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage but not required
Applicants must have valid residence or work authorization in Greece

Required Skills

Good communication and active listening skills
Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use computers and navigate web-based systems
Typing speed around 35 words per minute
