Job Summary

Job Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to assist customers with inquiries and provide professional service through phone and digital this role you will help resolve customer concerns provide information and ensure a smooth and positive support experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with 6 months call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
  • Fluent in German with good English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage but not required
  • Applicants must have valid residence or work authorization in Greece

Required Skills

  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use computers and navigate web-based systems
  • Typing speed around 35 words per minute
