Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist passengers with travel-related inquiries through phone and email support. The role includes helping customers with reservations ticket changes refunds and general travel information while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding travel services
  • Support customers with booking assistance ticket modifications and cancellations
  • Provide clear information about fares travel policies and flight details
  • Assist passengers with special travel needs such as medical assistance or minors traveling alone
  • Guide customers on travel requirements and necessary documentation when requested
  • Process ticket changes or refunds according to applicable fare rules
  • Update booking information and ensure all customer requests are handled accurately
  • Deliver friendly and professional service at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems
  • Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage
  • Background in travel airline or reservation services is a plus but not required
  • Applicants should be eligible to work in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
  • Good typing skills and computer navigation ability
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
