Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to provide support for airline passengers through phone and email channels. The role involves assisting customers with flight bookings ticket changes refunds travel requirements and general inquiries. This position includes both pre-sales and after-sales support while delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from airline passengers
  • Assist with ticket bookings changes cancellations and refund requests
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules fares and travel policies
  • Support passengers with special travel requests such as medical assistance or minors traveling alone
  • Inform customers about travel requirements and entry regulations when needed
  • Apply fare rules correctly when processing ticket changes or refunds
  • Reissue tickets and explain applicable conditions to passengers
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills and ability to navigate web-based systems
  • Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident adaptable and customer-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
  • Experience in travel airline or booking services is a plus but not required
  • Applicants must be Greek citizens or hold valid residence status in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate (with call center experience) or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
  • Good typing and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
