Job Overview

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers with travel-related requests through phone and email channels. The role focuses on assisting passengers with bookings ticket modifications refunds and general travel inquiries while ensuring a helpful and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and email inquiries
  • Assist passengers with booking support ticket changes cancellations and refunds
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules prices and travel policies
  • Help customers with special travel requests such as assistance for minors or medical needs
  • Inform passengers about travel documentation and entry requirements when needed
  • Follow fare rules when processing ticket updates or refund requests
  • Keep customer records updated in the system
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems
  • Strong communication listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Positive attitude with strong customer handling skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or call centers is an advantage
  • Experience in travel tourism or airline services is a plus
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
  • Good typing skills and computer navigation ability
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tasks effectively
