The Gig
The Provider Acquisition Manager is a senior hands-on digital growth leader responsible for driving predictable provider demand and pipeline growth. This role owns the end-to-end provider acquisition engine from campaign design and channel activation through to MQL generation conversion to SQL and inbound sales outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer this role plays a critical part in delivering Healthengines growth targets by implementing the Provider Acquisition Marketing Strategy improving lead quality and increasing conversion across the B2B funnel. Success in this role requires strong ownership deep collaboration with Sales RevOps and Product with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Own provider acquisition performance end to end including MQL volume MQL to SQL conversion SQL targets and the delivery of a consistent baseline of high-quality MQLs to support predictable SaaS revenue growth.
- Design execute and optimise acquisition strategies that generate qualified inbound demand across both SMB and Enterprise provider segments.
- Launch new products and features using agreed positioning and messaging ensuring campaigns convert demand through the funnel from MQL to customer.
- Lead activation and optimisation of paid and owned acquisition channels (including SEM paid social email website etc) with clear ROI and performance accountability; continuously test scale and refine channels based on data.
- Partner closely with Marketing peers and the Designer to ensure owned channels and the events calendar effectively capture nurture and convert leads.
- Work in close collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations to define monitor and continuously improve funnel performance; identify friction points and implement campaign messaging or channel changes to improve conversion and lead quality over time.
- Implement and optimise lead scoring retargeting and nurture programs to improve conversion efficiency and pipeline velocity.
- Manage and brief agency partners (media and PR) setting clear objectives performance expectations and accountability.
- Own acquisition performance reporting and insights using data to inform prioritisation investment decisions and optimisation with full accountability for pipeline impact and results.
- Lead and support the internal Designer providing clear briefs priorities and timelines aligned to acquisition and campaign goals.

Experience youll bring:
- 7 years proven experience in owning acquisition execution and funnel optimisation within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Advance knowledge of Marketing analytic and tracking platforms including GA4 Looker Studio GTM.
- Previous experience using tools include Wordpress Salesforces and Braze.
- Previous experience in managing Media and PR agency partners
- Proven ability in owning and achieving acquisition targets
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity tone and purpose
