Job Summary

Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a Key Account Manager Corporate Development you will play a key role in growing Accors market share and revenue with a portfolio of strategic corporate clients. Your main objective will be to strengthen partnerships with these high-potential accounts by optimizing their spending and maximizing adoption of all our dedicated offers including our loyalty program specifically for individual business travel. You will be at the heart of our strategy for developing and retaining clients in the Corporate Individual segment.

Your mission: 

Business Development and Strategy:

  • Build and execute a dedicated commercial strategy for your portfolio of corporate accounts identifying growth drivers and opportunities to increase spending in the Corporate Individual segment.
  • Define a precise tactical action plan and analyze performance to ensure achievement of revenue and market share objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of your clients needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions for their individual travelers.
  • Increase the presence and revenue of Accor hotels regionally/globally within your portfolio for the Corporate Individual segment.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong lasting relationships with key decision-makers within your portfolio companies.
  • Identify and anticipate client needs to strengthen their commitment to Accor for individual travel.
  • Actively promote Accors corporate offers and highlight the benefits of the loyalty program to your clients for their business trips.

Negotiation and Contract Optimization:

  • Organize and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from your dedicated client portfolio building competitive proposals focused on Corporate Individual.
  • Develop the corporate pricing strategy in synergy with Revenue Management/Pricing teams.
  • Ensure and test the correct loading of negotiated rates and conditions for your clients.
  • Optimize the competitiveness of negotiated rates compared to direct and indirect competitors.

Qualifications :

And you 

  • Significant experience of 3 years in a B2B commercial role ideally as a Key Account Manager in hospitality tourism or a service sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop an existing client portfolio and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation persuasion and communication skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical skills autonomy proactivity and interpersonal ease.
  • Mastery of sales and client retention techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of the challenges and specifics of the Corporate Individual market (business travel).
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Office Suite) and ideally CRM tools.
  • Proactive rigorous and a team player.
  • Languages: French AND English (advanced) Spanish would be a plus.
