The Italy HR team is looking for a full-time intern for a period of 6 months.
You will be involved and will provide support to all the main HR processes for Italy with a specific focus on recruiting employer branding daily administration and employee relations.
You will assist the HR team (made up of 3 people) in the following tasks:
- Learning and development activities;
- Employer branding activities and events;
- Overall support in the recruiting process (CV screening organizing candidate interviews);
- Management of administrative tasks across a spectrum of HR;
- Coordination of the onboarding of trainees joining the Milan office.
Qualifications :
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors degree in the Humanistic field such as Human Resources Psychology Foreign Languages Law Economics;
- Excellent communication skills written and oral;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Highly organized and proactive team player
- Good systems and database skills including Word Excel PowerPoint applications
