Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join Hines Italys Finance team in Milan who would support in administrative controlling and corporate finance activities with special focus on management of investment vehicles. The successful candidate will:
- Support in preparation and check of financial accounting and treasury reporting to foreign investors
- Work together with the operation managers of the sites in order to provide accounting providers data to prepare PL of the operations of the sites
- Support in administrative and controlling activities
- Support in the corporate finance activities
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics Finance or Real Estate
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent command of English (particularly written)
- Problem solving approach
- No prior real estate experience is required however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are preferential
