Intern Account Manager XL

You will play a key role in supporting the National Account Team in managing and growing Glovo Italys top-tier partners. Your mission is to assist in building strong long-lasting relationships with our most strategic accounts supporting their performance growth and operational excellence. This is a 360-degree role where you will dive deep into data analysis strategic presentations and business development initiatives working side-by-side with senior National Account Managers (NAMs).
 This position is based in Milan and does not require travelling.

• Support the team in growing the business by working closely with food national accounts partners
• Analyze key metrics to enhance growth efficiency and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners POCs
• Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial Marketing Operations) to drive local success
• Be proactive get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude
   

Qualifications :

• Student or recent graduate in Business Economics Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in the delivery e-commerce and operations industry
• Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Problem-solving mindset adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and a good command of English
• A proactive and ownership-driven attitudeyou dont wait for things to happen you make them happen!
