Job Summary

The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.

Job Description:

  • Assist employees in person email or phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes including updating marital status name changes employment verification and welfare and childcare assistance forms
  • Assist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentation
  • Implement HR System transactions
  • Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly
  • Appropriately handles confidential employee documentation making sure records are stored appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as needed
  • Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve and reassigned issue(s)
  • Maintains departments files through scanning organizing and storing
  • Compiles information requests for compliance legal and regulatory entities as needed
  • Present a polished and professional appearance adhering to Wynns presentation and uniform standards at all time
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks including supply order and maintenance requests
  • Perform all other job-related duties as requested

Qualifications :

 

  • Requires a minimum of two-years clerical experience
  • Previous experience in human resources preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts  
  • Must be 21 years of age or old
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English in both oral and written forms. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred
