OVERVIEW:
- The Supply Chain Coordinator manages day-to-day logistics inventory tracking supplier coordination and supply chain reporting.
- This role supports production and sales by ensuring materials are available inventory levels are accurate and supply chain activities run efficiently.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain Logistics Business or related field.
- Manufacturing industry background.
- Experience in supply chain logistics procurement or inventory management.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with ERP or supply chain management software.
- Ability to analyze supply chain data and identify operational improvements.
- Strong communication skills working with suppliers operations and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate logistics and product movement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy to support production and reduce excess inventory.
- Analyse supply chain and inventory data to identify trends inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers on delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
- Support purchasing and supplier negotiations related to pricing delivery timelines and product quality.
- Work with sales and production teams to forecast demand and maintain product availability.
- Track and report inventory levels logistics performance and supply chain metrics.
- Maintain accurate ERP records for inventory and supply chain activity.
