Our CRB business is one of the worlds largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations to understand assess and manage their risks. Given the breadth of our CRB business you could find yourself taking on a range of the following roles:
Broking where youll be the intermediary in the insurance transaction ensuring the clients needs are met while also building strong relationships with the markets youre using.
Client servicing where youll be the clients first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance program.
Business development where youll think creatively and strategically to produce materials that can be used for marketing and specific client proposals.
We have roles available across the following teams:
Property & Casualty where youll provide risk management solutions for evolving challenges such as natural disasters business interruptions and complex liability exposures.
Construction where youll join a global team in creating risk management solutions that help our clients navigate the challenges of their ever-changing industry.

This role will see you building your knowledge and skills across all areas of our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues youll:
Develop your technical understanding and knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects
Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors such as Property Casualty Construction Marine and Financial Professional and Executive Risk
Support Account Directors to deliver timely consistent and professional insurance brokerage and consultancy service to clients
Provide timely responses to inquiries from clients & insurers
Assist in defining administration standards and processes to be followed to ensure quality in undertaking tasks and producing deliverables.
Follow our administrative process and proactively manage your workload
Recognize and communicate potential issues to teammates and suggest viable solutions for improvement

Our graduate roles are journeys of learning experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW youll need:
A Bachelors degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
The ability to multitask prioritize and work to deadlines
A motivated and focused approach to delivering results
A commitment to quality and continuous improvement

While not essential relevant internship experience in a field such as general insurance would be a plus.
