Brief Description
This role isa high-impact senior business leader responsible for driving Trimbles long-term growth in SAARC Region by identifying new market opportunities forming strategic partnerships and leading revenue-driven programs. This position focuses on One Trimble Connect & Scale value creation across customer segments in the Geospatial/Construction markets and high-value relationships. This leader will work actively with various divisions in the Field Systems and AECO sectors to synergies their solution offerings for customers and drive sticky business growth.
Core Responsibilities
Building and nurturing relationships with C-level in Key Accounts strategic partners and key industry stakeholders.
Building solid relationships with distribution partners divisional sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Developing comprehensive LT growth plans and GTM strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and new markets.
Researching market trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers needs.
Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Spearhead efforts in government public private sector industries and industry bodies to develop and incorporate guidelines/mandates for use of Trimble-like technologies and creating preferential specifications for Trimble solutions and positively impacting the ecosystem.

Act as a sounding board to executive management senior sales and marketing leaders in the region and at HQ.
Experience & Education
A Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
MBA highly-desirable.
15 yearsof professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level position
Proven success in achieving significant revenue growth (e.g. $1-2M annually in new business) and expanding market share
Self-motivated individual with proven experience of thriving in a matrix organization to drive strategic engagements with divisional leadership and Trimble executive team.
Extensive hands-on experience liaising with government/public/private sector entities and industry bodies.
Familiarity with Geospatial/AECO industries a big plus.
