Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to serve as the Business Finance Head directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will act as the CFO’s strategic partner providing financial insights driving business performance and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO to shape financial strategy and decision-making.
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting across business units.
- Provide actionable insights on profitability cost optimization and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations tax laws and corporate governance standards.
- Drive performance monitoring through KPIs dashboards and variance analysis.
- Support strategic initiatives including product launches expansions and global market entry.
- Mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance with 10–18 years of experience.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven expertise in business partnering financial modeling and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
