Job Summary
Assistant Manager AR
Job description:
- Provide leadership and focus to the team will be responsible for productivity quality and overall performance of theproject.
- Guide team to complete daily load with in TAT
- Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreedSLAs.
- Work with Team Leader or Team coaches to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in theteam.
- Learn and implement new client -ordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the projectsrequirement
- Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with necessarydepartment.
- Taking performance review of the team members at regularintervals.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience in UShealthcare
- Strong knowledge in concepts ofPAM
