Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Therapist
Location: Michigan (Hybrid Remote & In-Person)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide therapy services to individuals and families throughout Michigan. This hybrid position includes telehealth services and in-person sessions including home-based therapy when clinically appropriate. Mileage is reimbursed for all approved client-related travel.
Responsibilities
Provide individual family and/or group therapy services
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
Deliver services via telehealth and in person including home visits
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Comply with Michigan licensing laws ethical standards and organizational policies
Work Environment
Hybrid role with remote and in-person therapy services
Home-based sessions may be required
Mileage reimbursement provided for all client-related travel
Flexible scheduling options available
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Active LMSW license in the State of Michigan (required)
Therapy experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation for in-person and home-based services
