Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking reliable Warehouse Workers to support warehouse operations for our client a global leader in advanced materials and manufacturing technologies. This role supports daily logistics activities including receiving order picking packaging staging finished goods and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
Warehouse Workers will operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) while ensuring efficient material handling and safe warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Load and unload trucks and transport materials safely within the warehouse
Pick orders wrap products pack label and prepare items for shipping
Stage finished goods for outbound shipments
Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quality and accuracy
Inventory & Documentation
Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
Verify product quantities and ensure materials are correctly recorded
Equipment Operation
Operate sit-down forklifts and other industrial warehouse equipment
Safely move pallets materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Quality & Safety
Ensure damaged materials are not accepted into inventory
Prevent shipment of damaged finished products
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with shift leaders and warehouse team members
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Additional Requirements
Steel-toed safety shoes required on the first day
Reimbursement available up to $125 for safety footwear
Work Environment
100% onsite at the Keller TX facility
Monday Friday schedule (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Warehouse environment supporting manufacturing operations
