Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Assist customers with product issues troubleshooting and warranty claims for consumer electronics.
Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services to guide customer decisions.
Resolve complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary.
Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements / Qualifications:
French (C2) Native-level fluency.
English (B2) Intermediate communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
Team player with ownership of individual responsibilities.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
EU Citizenship valid Work Permit or Certificate of Protection.
