Job Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with travel-related inquiries through phone and email this role you will help passengers manage their reservations handle ticket changes or refunds and provide general travel information while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding travel services
  • Assist with reservations ticket modifications cancellations and refund requests
  • Provide clear information about fares flight schedules and travel policies
  • Support passengers who require special travel assistance
  • Guide customers on travel requirements and necessary documentation
  • Process booking updates and ensure fare rules are applied correctly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver professional friendly and efficient customer service

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with computers and web-based tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive and patient attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Experience in travel or airline services is an advantage but not required
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
  • Good typing skills and ability to use computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
