Job Overview
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support customers with travel-related questions through phone and email this role you will assist passengers with reservations ticket updates refunds and general travel information while ensuring a helpful and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Help customers with flight bookings itinerary changes cancellations and refunds
- Provide accurate information about fares schedules and travel policies
- Assist passengers with special requests such as medical support or unaccompanied minors
- Inform customers about travel requirements and necessary documents when needed
- Apply ticket rules and conditions when processing booking changes or refunds
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish with good command of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is an advantage
- Experience in travel or airline-related services is a plus but not required
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Greece
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
- Basic typing and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
