Brand and Partnership Marketing Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop own and champion product positioning value propositions and the core product narrative of Finan.
- Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies and launch plans for new products and features across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Translate complex product features into clear benefit-driven messaging that communicates strong business value for each customer segment.
- Act as the primary bridge between the market and the Product team by continuously gathering market insights competitive intelligence and user feedback to inform the product roadmap.
2. Development & Management of GTM Channels
- Own and scale core GTM channels with a focus on high-impact partnerships including:
- Financial institutions and banks
- Financial advisory partners (accounting firms bookkeeping services business coaches)
- Build and manage integrations with complementary technology and SaaS platforms (e.g. ERP systems business collaboration tools).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and maintain effective sales enablement materials including pitch decks sales kits case studies and onboarding documents.
- Actively support direct sales activities during early market expansion and pilot phases to capture customer insights and continuously refine messaging.
- Develop detailed marketing plans execution roadmaps and manage marketing budgets with strong cost control.
- Own marketing performance reporting track key metrics (adoption activation engagement) optimize budget allocation and adjust strategies based on data and market traction.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Ensure consistency across product identity product experience and overall customer experience.
- Maintain close feedback-driven collaboration with Product Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Perform other tasks as required to support business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FinTech Banking SaaS or SME-focused technology platforms.
- Proven experience in Product Marketing Brand Ownership or Go-To-Market roles.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting accounting principles or SME lending/banking products.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience managing and executing budgets under resource constraints.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity and iterative build-test-optimize environments.
- High sense of ownership acting as a true product and brand owner rather than a task executor.
- Solid understanding of startup and fintech ecosystems with the ability to adapt to fast-paced execution and frequent change
