Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients/customers in need of assistance with hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing timely solutions.
- Installing configuring and updating software and hardware systems.
- Training users on new or updated systems and technologies.
- Maintaining records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve technical support processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with customer service and client interaction.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $70000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance paid time off retirement plans and opportunities for career growth within the company.
