Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and management at TMN Insurance.
- Manage and organize documents files and records efficiently.
- Handle correspondence emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and conferences.
- Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Assist with basic accounting and financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed when needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software.
- Experience with HR functions and maintaining employee records.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
