Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and management at TMN Insurance.
  • Manage and organize documents files and records efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
  • Assist with basic accounting and financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed when needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software.
  • Experience with HR functions and maintaining employee records.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
