Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat on the platform
  • Offer guidance on property listings pricing features and availability to potential buyers sellers brokers and investors
  • Generate leads by engaging with website visitors and converting them into qualified prospects
  • Maintain a professional and proactive chat presence to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive conversions and achieve targets

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and building relationships
  • Knowledge of automotive real estate industry terminology and trends
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles preferably in the real estate or automotive industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Previous experience with live chat support and lead generation is a plus
