Job Summary
Job Description: IT Support at
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users for both hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Maintain the organizations IT infrastructure including servers printers and other equipment.
- Manage security measures to protect data and systems from cyber attacks.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of software and databases.
- Train employees on how to use company systems and software.
- Ensure data backups are regularly performed and securely stored.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support in a professional setting.
- Experience with cybersecurity measures and protocols.
- Familiarity with automotive-related software and systems is a plus.
