Job Summary

As Director of Operations you will:

  • Lead and execute the Safety Manufacturing strategy aligned with company objectives

  • Oversee all manufacturing and distribution operations with a focus on productivity cost and quality

  • Build lead and develop high-performing manufacturing teams

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs

  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

  • Own and manage division budgets and financial performance

  • Foster a culture of accountability safety and operational excellence

  • Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy expansion and advanced manufacturing technology

  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment in collaboration with EHS teams

What Were Looking For

  • 10 years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution

  • Proven track record of driving productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives

  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost management and P&L leadership

  • Experience leading a business unit or division

  • Excellent analytical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong communication presentation and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Operations Business Finance or related field

  • MBA preferred
