This role is all about turning strategy into action connecting our travel insurance brands with customers in meaningful memorable ways across the channels and moments that matter most. If you enjoy variety momentum and making things happen this is a role where youll thrive.
Youll work across a broad marketing remit from delivering integrated campaigns to activating high-profile partnerships including our Legends Tour golf sponsorship ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand compliant and commercially effective.
What youll be doing
Campaign & Activation Delivery
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across Staysure and Avanti.
Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing activations from concept through to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
Sponsorship & Golf Activation
Support the development and activation of our Legends Tour Golf sponsorship throughout the year.
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to maximise value from sponsorship rights.
Create engaging fan-focused activations that drive brand awareness consideration and conversion.
Cross-Channel Marketing
Collaborate with ATL digital performance CRM and content teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Write clear effective briefs to ensure high-quality output across the marketing function.
Coordinate activity across owned earned and paid channels adapting campaigns for different audiences moments and touchpoints.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Manage internal stakeholders agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity on time and within budget.
Act as a central point of contact ensuring alignment and smooth delivery across teams.
Measurement & Optimisation
Track and evaluate campaign and activation performance against agreed KPIs with a focus on marketing effectiveness.
Use insight and performance data to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
Support budget management and reporting across marketing initiatives.
Leverage customer insight to deliver smarter more effective campaigns.
What were looking for
Solid experience in a broad marketing role ideally within travel insurance or financial services.
Hands-on experience delivering marketing campaigns and activations end to end.
Exposure to sports marketing sponsorships or event-based activity with an understanding of how to activate rights effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
A collaborative proactive approach comfortable working across teams and with agencies.
Commercially aware with a creative eye and a practical delivery-focused mindset.
