Job Summary

The role combines a executing a high level of service whilst overseeing a variety of catering operations a street food concept outside events and coffee bars.

You are responsible for leading managing developing and implementing growth strategies. Responsibilities also include different tasks such as contributing to marketing strategies recruiting training overseeing food quality as well as presence within service and events.

Qualifications :

Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage the guests expectations.
To have a great front of house presence be a leader and inspire your team.
Work closely with your team to uphold the companies legacy and brand.
Fully understands and articulates the financial targets.
Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability.
Effectively manage cost controls and ensure budgets are carefully adhered to.
Identifies business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external individuals and groups.
