Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing school community in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils learning and development in a friendly and collaborative environment working alongside teachers and support staff to make a positive difference in childrens lives.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will help pupils access the curriculum provide additional support where needed and encourage children to become confident independent learners. You will also contribute to the schools caring ethos supporting pupils social emotional and personal growth.

You will:
Support pupils learning in the classroom and through small-group interventions
Help create an inclusive engaging and nurturing learning environment
Assist with planning and preparation of resources
Observe and feedback on pupil progress and development
Work closely with teachers colleagues and parents to support each child
