Join our Housing Options and Homeless Team and play a vital role in delivering a unique customerfacing service that makes a genuine difference in our community.
The Role
In this roleyoullsupport the daytoday running of the service by providing highquality administrative support and an excellent frontofhouse housing involved in helping to prevent homelessness supporting the management of temporary accommodation arranging appointments and responding to a wide range of customer enquiries.
Our customers are diverse and often vulnerable soyoullneed to bring a flexible empathetic and positive approach to a role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding.
Working in a busy multi functional environmentyoullcarry out a variety of tasks in line with the Trusts values current legislation and our service level agreement with Bromsgrove District Council.
About You
To be successfulyou will need to have good administration and communication skills along withpreviousexperience of meetingdeadlines/targets and working in apressurised environment.
Previousexperience of using Microsoft Packages Excel Word Outlook
Experience of working with vulnerable client groups would be beneficial.
This post requires that the job holderissubject to a DBS check atanEnhanced level.
