Job Summary
Prepare and execute mechanical completion checklists to ensure all systems meet design and safety standards.
Conduct pipeline and equipment testing including hydrostatic pressure tests and flushing of pipes and equipment to verify integrity and cleanliness.
Develop and review pre-commissioning checklists ensuring readiness before feed introduction.
Coordinate and execute feed cut-in activities in compliance with operating procedures.
Lead and monitor guarantee trial runs for refinery units and fertilizer plants ensuring performance meets design specifications and operational targets.
Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of refinery process units specifically involving catalyst operations (excluding offsite and utility units).
Industry Background: Demonstrated track record in refinery operations or fertilizer process plants with a strong understanding of process safety startup procedures and operational best practices.
