As leader you will create strong partnerships acrossthe business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategiesin line with our Growth agenda. You will beresponsible for Leading coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teamsto identify best practices andimprovements that will increase our Reliability Productivity efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile andsynchronized Supply chain.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Works cross functionally to develop and implement a 3 year strategic plan and annual operating planproactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe reliable flexible and costefficient manufacturing capability that is a demonstrable competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety Quality Cost Delivery Sustainability Engagement goals. Establish astrong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous Improvement plan and embed a zeroloss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally
  • Provide coaching towards implementation ofIL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and Self-sufficient Values and principles through effective coaching mentoring and development of the multi-functional team
  • Accountable to protect the value of the assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend. Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards Governance Compliance requirements are in place understood by all employees at the site and regularly reviewed and monitored forcompliance to policy.
  • Lead and be Accountable for Talent Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant - identify and implement critical leversto attract retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels technical and behavioral to build asustainable workforce profile for the future.
  • Interface with Key stakeholders internally &externally to establish/maintain effective relationships align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives goals andbuild the company equity and image.

What you will bring

  • Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment withexceptional results (FMCG experience) with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or ManufacturingManager level. Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice processimprovement and optimizationReconfiguration and imbedding of new or enhanced technologyManaging Costs andVariance Motivatersand engagement levers for shop floor based performanceexperience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a team-based abilities in Analytics problem solving and team building with a strong financial & business acumenproject management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capabilityaround managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning Supply Planning Logistics Customer ServiceCategory and Sales.
