Job Summary

Job Summary:

CIG Motors is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automobile sales and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves actively selling vehicles across individual corporate and government segments (B2C B2B and B2G) managing the end-to-end sales process and building long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

The Sales Executive will serve as a key brand ambassador ensuring an excellent customer experience while contributing directly to the companys revenue growth and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively sell CIG Motors range of vehicles to B2C B2B and B2G customers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual individual sales targets.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting referrals networking and market research.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions and financing options where applicable.

  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused sales experience at all touchpoints.

  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Process & Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation closing and delivery.

  • Conduct vehicle presentations test drives and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare accurate quotations proposals and sales documentation in line with company policies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations finance logistics and after-sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Brand Representation & Market Engagement

  • Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions roadshows trade fairs and other promotional events.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.

  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and product developments.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions leads and sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports forecasts and performance updates to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies pricing guidelines and ethical sales practices.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in automobile sales.
  • Demonstrated success in B2C B2B and/or B2G sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented self-motivated and resilient in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
