Job Summary

Job Description:

Static fatigue damage tolerance stiffness bird impact calibration for in-flight load measurement & dynamic tests:

- Prepare the test load program-actuator loads.

- Issue the documents (Test Plan & Test Results)

- Control the accomplishment of the test specifications and the fullilment of the specification playing the role of conduction of the test in the execution phase.

- Define perform control and issue the necessary documentation for the manufacture and mechanical assembly of the test the analysis necessary to guaranty the integrity of all elements and tools that are designed.

- Prepare and coordinate the inspections

- Participate in the definition of the test instrumentation for in-flight load measurements being the responsable for the obtaining of the expressions for determination of the loads

- Perform the tracking control and final approval of the manufacturing of all parts of the tools (technical aspects)

- Perform the documentation of the test specimen instrumentation

- Give the technical support and verify the mechanical assembly

- Prepare the global planning of the tests throughout all the process
