Role Overview
As a Senior Program Manager at Sigma AI SLU you will lead complex and high-stakes data initiatives. You are a strategic partner to our clients and a visionary for our internal operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of Generative AI projects ensuring that our annotation workflows are not only accurate but also innovative and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of high-priority internal and clients annotation programs. You own the deadlines scope and quality metrics ensuring elite-level delivery.
High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary consultant for global clients. You must be able to defend project logic explain complex annotation criteria and provide data-driven reasoning to Directors.
Workflow Architecture & Innovation: You will design and implement innovative automated or hybrid workflows for first-of-their-kind GenAI and LLM challenges.
Guideline & Logic Governance: Oversee the creation and auditing of sophisticated annotation guidelines. You ensure that the reasoning behind every data label aligns with the clients or internal needs.
Business Intelligence: Translate raw project data into executive-level presentations that highlight trends risks and opportunities for operational scaling.
Requirements:
Proven Senior Experience: 5 years of experience in Program Management within the Data Annotation or AI lifecycle space with a track record of high-impact projects.
GenAI & LLM Subject Matter Expert: Deep hands-on experience in managing projects specifically for Generative AI (e.g. RLHF Red Teaming or Multi-modal data).
Elite Communication: Ability to navigate difficult client conversations with poise and present complex technical choices to the Board of Directors with clarity and authority.
High Flexibility: Availability to attend meetings in different time zones (US UK)
Technical Foundation: Experience managing projects related to NLP (Natural Language Processing) and computational linguistics is a plus.
Linguistic Background: Proven experience in translation and localization projects is highly valued.
Language Mastery: English (C1/C2) and Spanish (C2/Native) are mandatory. Other languages are a significant competitive advantage.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data visualization and project management tools (Jira Confluence etc.) to drive efficiency and transparency.
