Hinderer Motor Company continues to grow and John Hinderer CDJR is looking to add an experienced Finance Manager to our leadership team. We are a family-owned dealership with 33 years of success known for strong processes teamwork and work/life balance.
This role is ideal for a seasoned F&I professional who values structure compliance and delivering a great customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Help customers secure financing for their vehicle purchase
- Present value-based F&I products to every customer
- Communicate efficiently and timely with internal and external partners
- Submit deals to lenders for quick and efficient funding
- Ensure all deals meet state federal and dealership compliance standards
- Prepare contracts and paperwork accurately
- Audit deals to ensure clean funding and identify improvement opportunities
What Were Looking For
- Experienced F&I Managers only
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes
- Proven ability to structure profitable deals
- Understanding of compliance title and registration requirements
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Valid drivers license
