Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual: Korean and English
- Experience in operations supervision production or manufacturing roles.
- Strong understanding of operational processes (production logistics quality or warehouse operations).
- Good knowledge of SOPs safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules work assignments and staffing requirements.
- Ensure operations meet productivity quality and cost targets.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.
