Job description:

Quality Control Supervisor (Bilingual)
Pay: Up to $23.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible 1st Mid or 2nd Shift (Based on Operational Needs)
Overtime: Required as needed including occasional Saturday mornings

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality operations across multiple shifts. This is a key leadership role and the only Quality Control Supervisor on staff responsible for maintaining standards driving improvements and supporting production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce quality control processes company-wide
Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
Identify investigate and resolve quality issues
Train and coach team members on quality procedures and best practices
Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
Adjust schedule as needed to support operational priorities

Schedule Flexibility Required:

This role may work:

1st Shift: 6:00am 2:30pm
Mid-Shift (as needed)
2nd Shift: 3:00pm 11:00pm

Shift will vary depending on production demands.
