We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Lead to lead the implementation configuration and optimization of the ServiceNow FSM module within a large enterprise environment.
This role is responsible for delivering scalable FSM solutions including the build out of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Calibration automated workflows while ensuring system design supports compliance reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience deploying FSM in production environments and enabling mobile workflows for field service teams.
This is a 100% onsite contract role located in San Francisco CA. Local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on deployment and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module
Build and optimize automated:
Design workflows and data models to support compliance and regulatory reporting
Develop and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance teams
Migrate data and workflows from legacy systems into ServiceNow FSM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT compliance and operations
Provide documentation knowledge transfer and training
Ensure alignment with ITSM ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
810 years of total IT experience
Proven hands-on experience leading ServiceNow FSM deployments
Experience building automated Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Calibration workflows
Strong experience designing and implementing mobile workflows
Demonstrated experience migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow FSM
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit-ready reporting structures
Strong knowledge of ITSM practices ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
8 years of experience in Oracle Developer 6i Forms
Experience working in enterprise environments
